Parameters:

• mri_prefix (str) – prefix for Malcolm resource ids of the Blocks
• pv_prefix (str) – Prefix for system PVs
• iocs (str) – Space-separated list of IOCs to monitor
• config_dir (str) – Where to store saved configs
• subnet_validation (int) – If non-zero, check any client is in the same subnet as the host
• web_port (int) – Port number to run up under
